Initial Meeting

The intial meeting is a free consultation that gives us an opportunity to listen to your goals and concerns and get to know you as an individual as well as get to know your family and your business. It usually starts with a lot of questions and ends with a frank discussion about whether the work we do may be able to provide value for you.


The goal of the Discovery meeting is to gather all of the necessary information we will need to provide you with the planning solutions that will achieve the goals and address the concerns identified in the Initial Meeting.  This step usually requires some work from you to locate and provide us with a comprehensive list of statements, legal and tax documents, business agreements, etc. All documents are stored securely and confidentially. 


At this point we will put together planning solutions based on your goals and concerns and taking into consideration the information provided to us in the Discovery meeting.


At this stage we will make our initial proposals, laying out a roadmap for initial implementation as well as future work needing to be done down the road. Based on your feedback and questions we may revisit the design and recommendation steps of this process.  Ultimately, it will be up to you to decide to move forward to Implementation


All of the planning in the world will not make a difference if we don't then take action and begin to implement the plan. Our team will walk you through all of the necessary steps of implementation including any necessary account or policy applications, transfers of assets, coordination with your legal and tax advisors, correct titling of assets, updating beneficiaries etc.
